What kind of social construct/role or archetype do you desire to fulfill? I, personally, wouldn't mind being a mad genius scientist like Lucca in Chrono Trigger. She is freaking awesome, when she constructs the time portal machine and transports Chrono and Marle to different time periods! Actually, I've had a long obsession with inventors including Thomas Alva Edison (The wizard of Menlo Park) and think it'd be really cool to invent something that dramatically changed the world. So far, I've programmed things that have dramatically improved certain processes, but it's nowhere near as awesome as the light bulb. Next year, I plan to unleash my invention that will revolutionize a $50 billion industry and I hope to make a few million or more off of it and start a lifelong journey towards becoming the Steve Wozniak of a dominant technology company in its sector. I dream!

If I fail that, than becoming a business owner of some profitable company in my local economy would satisfy my ambition, while I'd express my technical inventiveness in my hobby time.

Insanity.... lol it does not really matter what i do if I get a college degree, become a political activist to try and get marijuana legalized, am ever involved in a riot, or if I even just get a job there is nothing to stop the insanity. At least that is how I feel now because I can't figure out what is going on with my mind lately so my first conclusion was of course I must be finally losing it.

Scholar.

It used to be "Mystic" until I realized that all that paranormal stuff is only so much bovine fertilizer.

Social innovator. Although there isn't much chance of it happening, I can always try. I have bits and pieces of what I hope one day will be a book about nothing. But then again, I have no idea if that's the form my innovation will take, or if I will succeed or fail.

Archetypes are stupid. Why not just be yourself instead of trying to contort into some image?

It's all in good fun to me. I'm aware that I should just be myself, etc. and that's what I do.
But in my case the archetype is so perfect...
It's like buying the pair of expensive running shoes... not because that's the brand that everyone else is wearing, but because they fit so comfortably and perform so well. It makes sense and is still genuine to yourself.
There may yet be some traces of logic to the notion of archetypes/stereotypes, and should probably not be discarded immediately just because the poseurs of the world use them to fake their way through life.

"Make me more of who I am,
And less of what I'm not..."

Still working on knowing what that is.

My dream is to be a guitar rock goddess and duet with slash. My reality is that I'm a bit of a hippy mom lol
