This is not related to autism, but it is related to disability. This interview was done two or three years ago now, I listened to it, and I find it kind of offensive. I would like to know what other people think of it.

Do you find it offensive?:

Hi, yes I do find it slightly offensive because of some of the things he says for example around minute 8.10 he talks about God needing to re-examine his gift when referencing to his own son. Every child is a gift and even though he must take a lot of time to look after I didn't think a father would say this about his son. However, he does seem to love his son and has patience with him. He says at minute 10.30ish that though he doesn't fully understand his son, or other children like him, he wishes to. "That we can learn what they have to show us". Throughout the interview it seems apparent that he really wants to know his child, he just doesn't know how yet.

This interview is about a father trying to understand his son. I didn't find it that offensive.
