replay for meditation and anxiety
YES meditation can make a huge differnce. it wont be right away it does require practice. But if you do it every day even for 20 minutes a day it will get easy much quicker. Try to focus on the breath, feel the air entering and flowing over the tongue feel it fill you lungs. and try breathing with your belly that is the correct way of breathing, dont ask me why it just works better. you can sit or lye down it doesnt matter contrary to some teachings on that of poster. and if you find that you cant stop the thoughts in your mind from arising, just exnolege them as what they are as thoughts, that should be enough to quiet the mind. try not to take to much notice of the sensations the body will get. such as tingling, floating, heavyness, spinning, pressure of the brow reagen of the forhead, twitching is normal. The sensations are nothing more then you astral body feeling the ethric energy or chi or what ever you want to call it, flow through your body, and shakra. (energy centers). it is normal and twitches usualy are a signal of where you are having trouble allowing energy to pass freelly. remember to focus on the breath and if you like you cant count in your head. inhale and exhale- one, inhale and exhale - 2 and so forth. There is a cheating way if you will to achieve a meditave state quicker and that is to use a bed of nails. not practical for all situations but effective. mind you there is no substitute for regular meditation. but i myself have indeed reached higher states through the use of the bed of nail. sorry for making this so long its only meant to help. i hope this has helped. and remember focus on the breath. i cant stress that enough. and remember when it comes to people we are all after the same thing... HAPPYNESS. that helps me when have to be interactive with other people. and that stuff happens but its nothing more then causes and conditions and circomstance interconected to bring about what ever problem it may be. OH and i almost forgot... take slow and steady breaths not big but not short eather short breaths tell the mind to get in to fight or flight mode and can cause one to panic or get overwhelmed. i have to tell my self that alot.
walk in peace my friend, and my you find it where you are.
