The protagonist Adele Mundy is very Aspie-ish.

If you're not familiar with the characters, I strongly recommend starting at the beginning of the series. I read the last novel first (not realizing it was a series) and felt a little lost at first but it stands well by itself. I liked the series enough to read the last novel again after powering through the whole series in a couple months.
