I didn't explain good enough so I'll explain again:
(The reason I made this thread was to watch my sleeping pattern)

1. Type the time it currently is while posting , as the posting time is closely related to when a person wakes up.
2. (optional) Type the day and month.

24 x 60 = 1440

9999/ 1140 = about 7 days

After 7 days you can no longer edit your old post.

My sleeping pattern is so crazy it makes yours look normal.

Sleeping isn't too much of a problem for me at the moment. It's waking up I'm having trouble with!

I woke from a nightmare this morning at 5am. Went to bed at midnight. I dreamt I was saving a girl from someone who was after her and they shot me in the back with an arrow. When I woke, I realized the spot they shot me was where I'd gotten sore last night from kneading bread dough.

Sorry. T.M.I.

So anyway, I can almost never sleep in, it seems. Soon as I wake, my mind is going full speed. It's like the Superman ride at Six Flags in SoCal. I try sometimes but it's no use. THe other day I got up, had breakfast and then was able to lay back down and go to sleep, right after a strong cup of coffee.

EDITS:

I should note that I'm in the process of cutting way back on caffiene to see if it will help my sleep habits. So far I'm waking up really early and then being exhausted all day but it's still early in the experiment.

To get up from bed I only need to think about some computer game, to get up...but this needs the computer to be booted, and just now before starting the game, I thought about posting the time I woke up, and then replying to a post.

I doubt I would post my sleeping pattern if it was like waking up at 2pm, or sleeping at 6am or 7am, but maybe I would do it without feeling shame when thinking about it. It's this 'shame' feeling I hope to overcome and just note down the time I wake up as a "neutral" observer.

Dalebert:
I also had a dream this night. I dreamt about a computer game named shadowgate,
But I was saving the whole kingdom (medieval fiction).
I also dreamt something that brought negative feelings but was interesting.
