Ok, so it's 3:10 and i can't sleep because my lovely mind just came up with an amazing idea for a movie i would direct, produce and act in..
the racing thoughts are unbearable..but i really wanna sleep?? do you guys think i should stay awake and make sure i collect every single piece of the idea or force myself to go to sleep and think about it later(if possible).. tho there is a chance i'll lose millions of dollars on going to sleep right now + an Oscar..

Don't bring me down about the dreamy oscar envisionary, it's just me and my strong determination.

any idea's or feedback? :P

I have a file that I put things like that in on my computer or I write then down in notebooks. Even if you never make a movie the idea could be used for something else creative, like a book, etc. Plus if you're going to be thinking about it anyway, lol.

As a writer myself, my recommendation is to ALWAYS jot down some specifics no matter what. I wouldn't get into the meat of the writing, but definitely an outline.

Then get some sleep and come back to what you wrote. After some good sleep, you'll get to be a bit more objective with the material, and probably better ideas.
