A number of users are not checking their PMs regularly - this is causing a problem when trying to contact people.
When you have a new PM it can be seen at the top of the screen (next to the profile button).
You can also select, via your profile, to be notified by email when you receive a new private message or to have a pop up window notify you on site when you receive a new PM- Please note that if you have a pop-up blocker installed ,such as the one with Firefox, you will need to allow pop-ups for Wrong planet.

Please can we ask you to check your PMs on a regular basis- thanks :)
