O+ and A+ are the two most common blood types, so it makes sense that many people with Asperger's have one or the other. It would be odd if you *didn't* see any O+ or A+ in any group of people.
There seems to be no evidence to support the idea that Asperger's is related to blood type at all, and there is no reason why one type of blood would be unusually common in people with Asperger's.
