I need help Blocking Peoples posts please

i think i rember there is a way to bolck someone on this sight so i dont have to read any of there posts. but i can not rember how could some one help me out please

This probably belongs in 'technical/site/forum "issues"" at the bottom of the forums, but I could be wrong--but WHY would you want to block a certain person's posts?

I 'don't think' there is that option, but if you are being harrassed and it is making you uncomfortable you should definately speak up. If you "just don't like" reading what a certain member has to say, well.....that's just plain childish-don't read. Of course, if there is such an option...I say 'go for it'-but it's not going to keep their posts from coming across to you by way of another users "quoting" them.

i did see a few posts that offended me and i dont want to reed them thats why i wanted them to go away. i do not think that i should have defend my right to feall safe because this is the issue hear for me. but as i can not find the posts anymore, i think they may have be deleted which does not suprie me but if any one knows how please still let me kno. and i put it in hear becous i though it would be a ezey anser and this is the most visete place sorry if i was out of place. fell free to move this thred to the apropret place if needed

Over a year ago, you could block peoples posts. I had one person blocked briefly, however, the problem with that was the fact that threads took on a rather haphazard quality due to the fact that people were commenting on their comments, and I was unable to read what they had said. I wound up unblocking this person because of this.
--Trust me, it's much better the way it is now.

Are there moderators?
I suppose it depends what offends you and what the guidelines are,
but if it's offensive to enough people maybe the user could be cautioned?
