I wonder how associated autism is with OCD because I took the following test and scored a 33 which is substantially above the cutoff for "likely to have OCD"(Which is a score of 12), and I kind of wonder if AS individuals score highly on tests like these, too? If not, then maybe "my thing" is really just plain jane OCD and having aspergers was just one of my obsessive fears.

Just five. This seems more like true OCD than any other OCD.

You scored a total of 2.

I guess I don't have OCD!

Now, if the test had been for OCPD, though, I think I would have scored much higher.

I scored 2. Both of my yes answers had to do with keeping objects arranged just the way I like them.

15 so apparently it's likely...I don't do the repetitive actions, except for having to touch things I can't help but pick up random objects set them back down, pick them up maybe pick of a different one ect. but I am usually not totally aware I am doing this and someone has to mention it and then I end up starting right back up...that could be what people refer to as stimming though. And of course repetitive unwanted thoughts take place and that can be annoying.

My current psychiatrist says I have strong OCD traits, though I would not qualify for the full diagnosis. I got 16.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

34. though I am sure it should be less because some of my obsessions are more under control than others.

My score for OCD was 19 which means OCD is likely. That came as no surprise to me. Most of my issues are concerned with checking things repeatedly and not with things like germs and illnesses.

15... surprising, because I didn't really identify with the questions... I really don't think I'm OCD. I have anxiety and sometimes panic attacks, but I really don't think I have OCD-I'm not even superstitious
