I'm that high functioning. Being high functioning does not exclude you from social dysfunction.
House is a psychopath or a normal person which have developed into a sociopath (issues with his father and the pain that wont go away). He has no respect for other peoples space, he is impulsive, aggressive, no empathy whatsoever he saves people to indulge himself - what he projects is more of a learned behaviour (he KNOWS that some things are wrong). He also is not
asocial, he is
anti-social. His behaviour drives people away out of fear for him.
I'm not a shrink, but THAT is not diagnostic criterias for Aspergers, it is
textbook anti-social personality disorder.
