I just got an account here, so I'm a greenhorn. I was wondering if any females here with AS, or any parents of girls with AS, would be willing to help me with something. I am a grad student and am going for a masters in English with a Creative Writing concentration. For my thesis project, I am writing a short fantasy fiction novel and the protagonist is a 11-12 year old girl who has AS. I am a male with AS, but I know that there can be significant differences between girls and boys with AS, just as there are differences between the two genders in general. I want to get into the mind of a girl with AS who is entering adolescence.
