What if one day, everyone with AS decided to form their own country, where they would be free to be themselves, to be obsessive, intelligent, quirky, everything it means to have AS?
Does not parse as a complete sentence.

What would that country be like?
There would be significant trouble in social situations - no one would know when to start or end a conversation, and interruptions with irrelevant data and opinions would be frequent, and one-sided conversations would be rampant, at least among those Aspies who are vocal. Everybody's routines would conflict with everybody else's, empathy would be almost unheard of, and each person's special interests would take precedence over those of everyone else's. It would likely be otherwise a very quiet environment.

Would it stand the test of time or collapse under a fragile economy?
It would likely not even have an economy, as commerce requires some form of negotiating skill and the ability to understand the subtleties of deal-making.

What kind of government/economic system would it have?
Not a democracy, as that requires debate and consensus. Not an anarchy, as that would require each citizen to be able to defend his or her own sovereignty. No ... it would most likely require oversight from an outside government - such as one would find in a retirement community.
Economic system? When most citizens would seem unable to hold down any job that requires interaction with others and being able to handle stress?

And what would the rest of the world be like without all of us in it?
Much the same as it is now, only without us around to be picked on and marginalized.
