So I went to see the psychiatrist with the family a few days ago. There is something that I have briefly discussed with the psychiatrist and the parents before and I wanted to sit down and have a talk in details with them. So I start to talk and the psychiatrist and case worker interrupt me and they say they have have heard it before. Also if I wanted to talk about it we could it alone, me the psychiatrist and the case worker, not in front of the parents. I told them it is my patient's rights to discuss whatever I want. This arguement goes back and forth for sometime and all of a sudden, out of the blue, they say ok talk about it. I do and it doesn't make me feel better. In fact quite opposite of it. I feel betrayed and enraged. Why interrupt me blatantly for this much and so long. I am so upset over this that I am having suicidal thoughts. I am planning to ask for an explanation next time I see the psychiatrist and then tell him to go screw himself and then apply for a hearing to end the treatment. What do you think? Any other advice or anything I should do or say to the psychiatrist to move on from this?

btw I don't pay the psychiatirst.. it is free where I live.

You really need to see someone else, if possible.

Since they have "heard it all before" and were dismissing you then it is obvious nothing helpful will come out of it.
