FYI:

Seaver Autism Center at Mount Sinai

Tel: 212-241-0961

It's a research facility, not clinical. They take subjects for Autism/AS research. If you qualify you will get free MRI, evaluation, test and written diagnosis in exchange for participating in the research. The MRI is part of the research so you need to be willing and able to do have MRI done.

Im more interested in learning how I can help out with the research there then being the subject of the research. Only partially kidding, cause I live so far from NY. But if I did live close to NY, I would inquire about entry level research positions. Im interested in Neuroscience. So any ways which they would applications? LOL

It looks like it's just for kids, but I'll mention it to my hubby anyway. Thanks.

Adults too. I called them up and I'm going there next week, I'm 44.

No idea. You definitely need to hava a related degree. Mind you that even as a research subject you are helping with the research.
