I had the ADIR and ADOS done this year. My psychologist, in the report, also mentioned a psycho-ed evaluation which I have never had done before. We didn't speak much of it, so I was just wondering, is there a benefit to a psycho ed assessment in addition to the adir/ados?

I think education evaluations are mostly for people in school or starting school. I was told I'd need an updated one before starting college or university. I've had several done but I don't know how it's handled in different areas or if it's useful for the work place too.

I am in university right now, and will hopefully be starting a master's in September.

Cool.
yeah if you aren't having difficulty with marks or school work than you might not need it, but sometimes they want you to have an updated one I'd ask a counselor.

I think sometimes psychoed assessments can give you a better idea of your specific learning style--your particular strengths and weakness, and strategies to use or compensate for them (respectively).
