And now a evaluation of the the weeks end! wrote:

I have had a trying week but feel relieved that
half my battles for the week have concluded.
I come to realize and so have you folks the
value of community and communication.
I am still employed. I still have a few more
to go.

•The badgery hostel owner on Friday-Sunday,
or Mr.I-Like-To-Give-3 Day notices!
and yell and chew at people because it is fun!! !
NOT!! !(Say's I -Ghosthunter)

•Next week the same clients that refered to in
the "Overextension and it's heavy price wrote"
statement have 2 large deliveries(and the owner
gave a compliment that they were happy).
Hopefully I still have a job after this client
back to back?

•Otherwise I don't predict "As the Ghosthunter
Turns" events

The last sentence is the most accurate this week.
The hostel that I work at has shown many colors
that reveal dark intents that require immediate
decisions. The owner has tooken over his partner's
lease. He wants me to sign a 18hours = rent note,
knowing full well that he has broken many labor
laws. By signing this note I lose all right like
some SUBSERVIANT SLAVE TO WHIP AT HIS
WHIM AND NO RIGHTS BECAUSE OF MY STUPIDITY.
And thus I tell him 8pm Saturday that give
me that 3 day notice because I will file against
you to the labor board. I will be homeless,
and regardless if signed or not I would still eventually
get a 3 day notice. At least on my own terms.

The further atrocities he has done was he has robbed
me of happiness, dread going to the building, fear
that only a abused child feels, for 1yr, 10months
YOU ARE STUPID, GET OUT, It's OK IF your fellow
employee Mr.Ali slaps you around, it looks fun!,
and all this makes me run for more shelter behind
my computer talking to you knowing I will arrive
at 1pm and leave 11pm so I face less personal
abuse. :x

This forest burns, I will not sign my rights away, and still
get a 3day notice at a later date and was foolish to
sign away any recourse LIKE SOME SAVAGE, IGNORANT
SLAVE TO HIS EVERY ABUSE. :x

Thus therefore I no longer work for him, and ask for
the 3 day notice and I will tell him I am filing against
him to the labor board. I have'nt been homeless for
5 years, and will not submit to abuses that affect my
well being.

I have a job(feeds me, some money in the bank, and
regained pride in myself thanks to going to wrongplanet.
thats all and let this forest burn, so new tree's will grow.

Unhappily yours,
Ghosthunter

P.S....Here is what I am feeling since Friday!

•Extremely crowd sensitive(I snip at people
making noise, bumping into my table as I type) :x

•Hyperintensive stare that doesn't go away.

•Extremely Sound sensitive

•Extremely People sensitive

•Little more stimming than usual :?

•The only thing that saves me is helping others
so I gain the courage to help myself! :D

Oh! Well!

Normally I wouldn't recommend this to people, you should seriously consider applying for some form of social services if you haven't already. If you have and were rejected, reapply.
(SSI, welfare, public housing, local services)

GhostHunter, I am sorry for your sircumsances. Maybe life is giving you a swift kick on the butt to push you to look into other oppertunities. I find this happens to me alot when I get stuck in a similar life pattern for too long. Change is scary, because the view ahead is clouded. I don't know what to say really because I would be freaking out in your posistion.

My thoughts are with you and hope solutions present themselves for you. I try to remind myself that there are many solutions even though I cannot see what they are yet.

Ghosthunter,

My heart goes out to you man. If I were you, once you get back on your feet I would sue the s*** out of this employer, he shouldn't get away with treating you that way. In the meantime, how long have you been working for this employer? Is their anyway you can file for unemployment while you look for another job? I also agree with Sean maybe you should consider applying for SSI if you haven't already.

If you can't get unemployment nor SSI is their a relative you can stay with while you find another job? Im sure somebody will help you. Not everybody in the world is cold and heartless.

What kind of work experience do you have? Maybe you can talk to employment agency, maybe they can find you work based on your disability and work experience. Another path you can is vocational rehabaltion they'll evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and provide training and/or find you a job based on interests and needs.

Again my heart goes out to you, I wish you the best of luck, and please hang in there life is all about change and chances are it will change for the better.

You can TRY the California Department of Rehabilitation, but that is strictly a possible long-term solution. If you get them to do ANYTHING in less than 6 months, you should consider yourself lucky.

As much as I like guns, I personally would probably get more satisfaction using a knife, tomahawk, or WWI-style trench club in that type of situation.

Tried that, I am too sane for SSI, and
Welfare in San Francisco is a waiting
list for a bed and $59 per month.
This is why I work 10-20 hours a week
at the restraunt so I can see some
physical and fiscal$ gains beyond this
hostel.

In case of emergency, I don't starve,
I have minimal(right now $500) in my
checking, I have a place to store my
MINIMAL clothing, and CD-RW. I have
also spent some time developing routines
that are built for such a emergency.
I leave Starbucks by 10:30pm, and
they recognize my self-contained Powerbook
bag, so nothing is out of the ordinary
regardless if I'm housed or not.

The City and State aren't there so at least
minimal setup, routine preparation for
such a situation has been planned, given
a routine(NO CO-Dependency relating
what's so ever at the hostel other than
just a bed!).

I thankyou for this advice, and it is most
appreciated, Sean.

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

To answer your thought! That will be addressed
in my next forum idea! I like your idea, and no
I am not freaking out just releasing phase by
phase stress to allow full clarity of the situation.
"Controlled Burns" and "Controlled Bloodletting"
would be my frosting way of saying it.

Thanks you Jman and I hope your day is good.
I am phasing out this stress in controlled burns
and thus allowing clarity to ride it's course to allow
these events to improve.

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

P.S....For all those who posted here I say thankyou!
I am grateful. This is a phase 1 controlled burn
so when I get the notice this week all things will
be considered.

Flesh, what's flesh? I doubt he has a good bone in
his body! They are probly as hollow as his skin.

He know 2 modes of communicating, Yelling, Selfish.
He has one heart, You(the other person) are selfish.

"the Selfish Bangladeshi Virus" Hmmm? and PC
recently re-installed!

No!

This is why I took a partime job so I am
feed without begging for money and food.

I have made things simple. My computer
bag is self-contained and the burner is the only
other computer item left to take. Clothing
is minimal and and I hope the pieces fall into place
in my favor.
