Hey

I'm a massive fan of Dexter and one night the wife said something like 'your so like Dexter !'

Now she was referring, for example, to the I don't always think about other people and way I interact with others ( or avoid it to more accurate ) not that I go around hacking evil people to death - nice thought though :)

Does anyone else se parts of themselves in Dexter I wonder ??

The first season of Dexter is one of my favorites. :D I would guess a lot of people might relate to his sense of "otherness", and possibly the emotional disconnect that he tries to bridge.

Dexter is great at playing "The Game" as he calls it, whereas I am not.

I can't say that I experience pervasive homicidal thoughts either.

After the excellent first season, his character becomes less interesting to me. By the final season he seems excessively emotional and because of this his affability drops.

Ok keep the replies coming ... ignore his murderous tendencies as there shouldn't be too many of us sharing them :)

Also NO SPOILERS as I've only seen a few series so far ...
