Somtimes i run around, sometimes i keep suddenly crouching down (like siting on a imaginary chair) sometimes i hold the sides of my head/Cover ears with my hands and crouch or jump or swing, somtimes i just crouch/stand/jump and bite my tumb while chewing my shirt. today i am stiming exited quite alot because my mum is making cakes with me later i keep randomly doing a stim and somtimes shouting the word cakes very randomly.

Sounds a little bit like me when I was younger, surprisingly so, actually. How do you feel while you're doing it? I remember when I stimmed I enjoyed it/felt indifferent about it. Unfortunately this is very unusual behaviour and I no longer feel the need to do stimming, which is good, as all my peers would think I was a nut if I did constantly stim. How old are you? I'm 17 and I think my stimming would have ceased when I was about 10 or 11, maybe slightly earlier.

I used to do a lot of that kind of overexcited stimming when I was a kid.

I stim when I'm excited and when I'm anxious, both with hand-flapping, but in different ways. When I'm anxious I shake them at my sides so they make a snapping sound, but when I'm excited, i flap with my elbows bent with my hands in front of me, as though I'm waving the air away from me frantically. I also "squee", an affectionate word I use to describe the odd squeak/squeal thing I do. It can get loud if I don't try to hold it in XD
When I'm excited my muscles get very tense and I have to flap or I shake. I also tend to talk incessantly about what I'm excited about (much to the annoyance of others, often being told to "shut up") and I'm more likely to shout (happily, not in anger). I sometimes bounce on my toes when I'm excited too.

The tense and need to flap is the first description of flapping that I relate to. This made me realize I do flap.

When I am excited I get very fidgety, I flap and I bounce on the balls of my feet.

Hand-flapping like little fledgling taking off is my go-to excited stim. Also, sudden swaying with high amplitude.
