You say let's be honest and then make a questing begging statement. How do you know that God is unknowable? Billions of people claim to know He exists. Are they all being dishonest?
How can God be unknowable and judgmental. If he's unknowable then he's unknowable.

"knowledge" has a specific definition, and what you're describing isn't it.
