I just found out that if you use legal pad paper to make a paper fan and shake it around, it makes a pretty decent stim toy.

Cool! I like to play with condoms, both inside and outside the packages. I usually carry a condom around in my pocket so I can play with it--a lot of people take it the wrong way, though. 
I will try your suggestion! I have a lot of little legal pads.

For Brits in particular:
The little red elastic bands that the posties drop EVERYWHERE. I got annoyed with how many were littering my neighbourhood so I started to pick them all up... It kind of became an obsession!
For everyone else:
Tinsel and a lot of it... but don't put it in your mouth as I learnt the hard way!
