I can't stop pinching myself with tweezers. It feels great. No I'm not self harming (not because I'm depressed anyhow) but after I exercise for half an hour I can't stop stimming, the stimming turned into hitting myself and then I realised it didn't hurt. I know that beta endorphins are released when I have a meltdown and hitting my head doesn't hurt. Don't worry, from Joe's thread I know not to do it too hard. Right now I don't know what too hard is so I stopped.

And I'm typing like I'm on Ritalin but with a less sped up feeling (or extremely sensible calmness - depending if I'm hyper or not).

Anyone relate to this?

Gosh, I should exercise every five hours instead of taking medication. I get so hyper during exercise though. Not bad unfocused hyper but active hyper.

i sure wish i could be numb after exercise [instead of aching]. :hmph: but it is a tonic for my mental fog. i tear into the crosswords and other acrostics in the newspaper after my exercise, but before the exercise session, i can barely pay attention to 'em.

I don't feel aching, just kind of drunk. It's like I get so excited I get giddy.
The pain is back. I found it out when I burnt my thumb on hot water. It didn't hurt for long though.

After exercise I lose my attention to detail which I don't like. I think it's back though.
