Nintendofan, have you tried exercising when you feel you're about to have a meltdown, like going out for a long walk?

What kind of things calm you down?

What exactly are you looking for in the way of items? White noise machines, things to squeeze like those stress balls, etc?

You might could find something like that at the dollar store. In the US we have Dollar General and Dollar Tree. I don't know where you are though. Spencer's in the US (they may have a site to order things from) may have something too.
