I either love you or hate you. There's not much in between. I think it's more of that grey area that I just don't get. Just wondering if anybody else is the same.

If depends.

I can easily forgive anything of people in front of me.
I can easily cut people out of my life forever, if they are away or distant.

I'm probably more forgiving than I should be, but only to people I know.

I forgive easily, but the trust is usually gone forever.

I will forgive anyone almost anything, to a certain point. But if I realize at any time that I need them out of my life, I flip the switch and don't look back.

I am very forgiving. At any given situation, even if I've been badly hurt by someone, I will try to see things from their perspective. I rationalize, try to understand and this often leads to forgiveness. It does NOT, however, mean that I will accept being treated badly. Though I might understand and forgive them it is also important for me that they should make an effort to understand my hurt. All sides of a story are equally important. I prefer to surround myself with people who know this.

There is only one person in this world I have never forgiven.

I do not hate anyone. If I do not see a reason to have them in my life I cut them out. I generally do not care enough to think anything more about it than that.

Probably more than I should be. I guess lately I've really just not put all my eggs in one basket, so to speak. I don't have to care if someone messes up because I don't expect them to be perfect, and I only try to keep those around who've proven to be trustworthy.

No.
Particularly not if I don't think the other person is genuinely sorry

I'm trying to be forgiving; I'm thinking it will pay off in the end. Only time will tell if it actually works, or if I'll just be taken advantage of.

I am usually but sometimes it's hard if I can't trust the person again. Is it possible to forgive someone but not be able to trust them again?

I think so. Forgiveness is more of a decision than it is a feeling I believe. You decide to let what they did go, but you in some cases it's good to let the person go as well, so that they will not get the chance again. In some cases it will be necessary.
