Your question assumes that "intelligence" is a real thing to be measured...

You can measure individual skills; you can even estimate a person's capacity to learn in one area or another; but a global quality like "intelligence" loses its meaning, especially when you're talking about people on the autism spectrum.

Intelligence, like empathy, assumes that many separate skills are the same thing, but this is obviously not the case when looking at autistic people.
