It's annoying that my mom is always asking me what's wrong when there's nothing wrong. I just always look like I'm upset and it gets annoying when people tell me to smile.

Any fellow aspies here have a natural frown?

Yes, yes, yes! Lifelong problem. I have tried altering my eyebrow hair line, but the eye brow muscles are still visible when I frown, which I do when thinking, not just when angry. I think altering my eye brow hair line only helps a little bit, but better that than no help at all.

Yep, I have this issue as well, then again, to be honest with my life in such a ditch Its hard NOT to have a frown. :(

Its ironic as when I was younger it was the compete opposite. Always heard comments about me always having a cheerful face.

I've had a friend leave a comment on a picture on facebook asking if it'd kill me to smile for once. :P People say it takes less muscle to smile but it honestly feels like it's the other way around for me. So I really never do unless I'm laughing at something funny or if it's something like a family or vacation photo or whatever. Been trying to give small smiles at least to seem a little friendly to strangers.

I had a girl a couple years ago now who kept trying to get me to smile, when all I wanted was food.

And I had a person a week ago comment on facebook "don't you dare smile" sarcastically since I wasn't smiling in a picture.

Smiling comes very easy to me if I am genuinely happy or pleased with something. However that is seldom, and when I am thinking or concentrating I often look "Angry". This has been commented on so much in my life that I 'hide' to go think so people don't constantly bother me about it.

Yep, I have this problem too. People ask me what's wrong when I just have a neutral expression.

Oh man I frown all the time. It's due to muscular tension. (I'm tense in the upper back so I slouch too)

I have thick eyebrows so it adds to the effect. It's less an issue when I take Diazepam though.
I have been told that I was agressive when I was cool, all my life, it's unnerving to say the least.
