I think it would only really be useful for helping with dispraxia. I did something similar when I was young to improve my coordination and balance but thats all it was really good for.

Back in grade 2, my school had a thing during class where some kids* would get taken out of class, go to the auditorium and do random stuff like that.

I clearly remember being one of those kids and apparently, it helped me become better in school.

I've juggled, but the difficult part was not grimacing while I do it. It might be fun, and a GOOD video to post ! !!

Okay, two days ago, my mum and I were watching TV, and during an ad-break she mentioned something. That something was that there is a kind of therapy for treating the symptoms of AS. Apparently, you stand on a balancing board (it's a circular board with a spherical-type thing on the bottom, and you balance on it) on one foot, and you lightly toss an exersize ball between both hands, and it 'solves' the part of the brain that 'causes' AS. I was thinking 'What the-... how can that cure AS?' It sounds like a load of bollucks to me.

Please note that my parents aren't trying to totally cure me of AS. It's just because during exams it's very hard for me to remember things, and I get distracted easily. So it would most likely be a temporary thing. They mean well, because they've been very supportive in my life, especially during Primary. My mum even considered switching Primary schools because the principal didn't get what AS was about at all (I didn't switch in the end, it was my last year there).

But anyway, it sounds like a load of cat shight. It also got me wondering; are there any ways to help you remember better, such as anti-forgetfulness pills or something along those lines? It's one thing that I'd like to solve for a breif moment for exams, but it sounds unlikely to exist.

Both sides of the brain must be used in order to toss a ball from one hand to the other.
This is why juggling helps prevent panic attacks and anxiety.

So, maybe it is not completely crazy.
Also, you might find it fun.
