Happens to me all the time. If it's a free day, I can blunt my frustration by giving each of the subjects around 20-30 minutes at a time, then switching to another subject for another 20-30 minutes.

I have trouble focusing on two things. Like if I want to play two different characters on the mmorpg I play I end up only playing one and neglecting the other. The same happens if I try to play two different games. I usually want to do the same thing all day.

I build up lists of things I need and want to do and find overwhelmed and that I can't prioritise and choose one to start.

I want to study calculus and particle physics and the life of Alan Turing and work on my physics website and watch all the Star Trek TNG episodes and continue writing slash fiction and finish that fic I haven't touched in 6 months and re-watch The Matrix Trilogy and look for possible occult symbolism and program and learn the periodic table off by heart and learn "The Elements" by Tom Lehrer and learn pi to 100 decimals and go to the RSC lectures and revise for my GCSEs and sleep.

But guess what, I spent all weekend procrastinating and feeling useless. :(

There's so much that I want to learn that I feel like I'll never have enough time to learn. :(

Yep. It's come to the point where I'm going to have to concentrate on specific inter-related subject matters.. instead of totally different interests.

Do it! It's easy. :)

I'm going through DS9 myself now.. I've watched every other series except the animated show..

Once I start watching a series, I find it easy enough to watch at least an episode a day, and eventually, there aren't any more

As far as focusing on things, I find it hard to find anything that interests me anymore, but I've always had that problem anyway, before it just seemed like there was a ton of stuff I'd never looked at at all
