I am not sure if any of you are familiar with the concept of Life In A Day, a video documentary which displays life on planet Earth on a single day by the use of several independent video sniplets-- people uploaded their individual videos on Youtube; certain clips were selected and complied into a film featuring the everyday actions of everyday people.

Theoretically, what would happen if the same concept were to be adapted for autism awareness? Imagine if autistics from all over the globe complied sniplets of their everyday life into a single video, a video that would showcase the trivial, the significant, the meltdowns, the special interests, the revolutionary talents, the common, the simple, the indescribably complex, the brilliant, the resilient, and all of the little components that make us who we are.

This way, the world can see what autism is REALLY like: no scripts, no interviews, no acting: just raw footage of real people living out their real lives.

This is really just me throwing around ideas. Perhaps an idea is all that it will become, but, well, I thought it might be worth consideration.
