Depression, Immune system, and Aspergers

It is almost common knowledge, not to The Sun newspaper readers, that those who are Not depressed, or lonely have a much stronger immune system . No one has explain to me why this is the case, could it be to do with stress levels. But not everyone who is depressed is also stressed.

I wonder if it could be to do with the body deciding to commit suicide because a lone person has no use and just consumes natural resources need by more useful member of sociaty or could it be to do with the fact the immune system uses up resources and calories; and back in caveman times a lone person would have to fend for himself, the immune system would slow down to save on calories vital for his survival.

I wonder if Aspies are effected the same why NTs are. I know that I am not a stressful person as such despite suffering from load of depression; could this be because I am not pre-programmed to care about the social pecking order; thus not susceptible to the fear, jealousy, hatred, paranoia, anger or greed that is associated with it.

The thing is that at my workplace many of my workmates have fallen ill, all of them are in a relationship except for one and who find relationships easy. I still remain healthy and I have not really been ill as such except for one time when I was a little bit ill so I decided I didn’t want to work and went home.

I wonder if mother nature give a pardon for aspies because generally many aspies are lonely or depressed and generally speaking a lonely aspie is more useful to society as a whole, compared to a lonely NT who might just be seen as an outcast.

What do you think, don’t have enough time to check spellings/grammar the library is closing

OK Chav,

I found the reason and...... Drumroll please...... I have the CURE!

Stress CAN hurt B and C. No secret. BOTH affect immunity, and both are water soluable. But taking extra B and C might not seem to help.

It can ALSO burn Magnesium and zinc. If you don't get enough magnesium, you can't extract glutamine from meals, and immunity DROPS! Illness, stress, exercise, and mental challenges require glutamine. SO, you want to have a diet high in glutamine(most american diets are)(The best natural source is eggs, milk, meat), and get plenty of magnesium and zinc(The best natural source is dark green leaves like spinach).

BTW actions like rubbing the eyes, nose, and being near people can ALSO hurt immunity.
