''Does this 'look funny'?''

Is it me or is this the most f*****g ANNOYING question in the whole history of words??????????????????????! !! !! !! !! !! !! !

It drives me insane when women go, ''oh does this top look funny with these jeans?'', ''oh my hair doesn't look funny like this, does it?'', ''oh do these jeans look a bit funny with a white jumper on?'' I feel like yelling, ''you'll look funny in a minute, if I kick you up the arse!! !'' I have nothing against those words ''look'' and ''funny'', but when people put them together, sometimes I have to bite my tongue to stop me yelling, ''shut up!! !! !! !! !! !! !!'' If I don't, my mum yells, ''can you butt out?!''

I just don't know why saying that annoys me, it just does. Does it annoy anything else?

No, not really. I have no sense of style so usually when I ask that question, I really mean it and I want an honest answer. I usually only ask people whose tastes I like and who wont mind answering though.

I keep thinking that they're asking if they're funny as in "haha that's funny".....

I just think the word ''look'' reminds me of opinion, not the actual fact. I don't normally base all my thoughts on fact like most Autistics do, but when it comes to fashion I do think logically. When I'm unsure, I just say, ''is this all right with these jeans?'' When people say, ''does this look all right?'', I always think that they're not actually using their own opinion, they are trying to picture what the public would think. That's what the word ''look'' now reminds me of; other people's opinions, not the actual clothes itself. People even use the word ''look'' to convince eachother that the clothes they are wearing are OK. Even I did this once, I really loved wearing my new trainers with my new jeans, and I said, ''I thought these looked really nice together'', which I think they did, and other people had complimented me that day on how nice I looked, and so my mum just agreed.

I hate it when people ask me "how does this look"

I'm never sure if I should respond how I feel "That shirt is too tight across your chest, and it makes you look pregnant and fat"

or if I should lie (which I've come to believe is what most people Actually want to hear) "oh that looks nice, though I personally like the black shirt better"

I get so frustrated, because I don't know what to say because if I say what I think, people tend to get mad at me

or sometimes I have no judgement
"do these look good together" "WTF?? I don't know, why are you asking me?? yes? no?"
