Would you be interested in free webhosting with no advertisments?

Suppose a generous philanthropist gave away free web hosting service for persons on the spectrum. You would have your own website, site development tools, and absolutely no advertising. Would you be interested?

I am not talking about a useless site with lots of restrictions and banner advertisements. I am talking about a good service with no advertisements for absolutely free.

That's sounds like a pretty sick (good) idea, but I worried that some people might abuse it somehow.
