When Im bored I like to see things with my mind that arent really there. I remeber one time I was at a park at night and there was a pond there. I stood stareing at the pond listening to music playing in my mind as I created lights on the water that went along with the songs I was hearing. The pond's water turned different shades of neon colors, pinks, yellows, blues and greens. The water danced to the music. But in reality I was alone, silent and stareing at a pond of still dark water in a park.

There was another time I did somthing like this too. I was looking at a jar of ranch dip. It was uneven from all the chips that had been dipped into it. I saw snow boarders fall from the sky into the ranch dip in a jar. As they dropped one by one they glided across the dip gracefully. The snow boarders were dressed in neon colors. Green, pink, blue and yellow. In reality I was just intencely stareing at ranch dip.

These are just a few examples of my odd mind. Has anyone else ever done somthing like this?

I don't, but my daughter does. She can project images quite efficiently from her brain into the real world. She's knows they're not really there and can make them go away just as easily. I started a thread about this a while ago and there were some helpful replies. Here's the link http://www.wrongplanet.net/postp4403905.html

Yes, usually with fantasy creatures or characters from my own imagination.

Yes, I see and hear things that aren't there. I see government agents running after me. They wear a black suit just like a government agent should. Then they cloak. I also see people in bright colored clothing, all different colors. I've seen blue and red mainly. Also the blue colored aliens, I've only seen the green ones once. I also hear things that other people don't hear. For example the Random Phrase Guy says the weirdest things out of the blue. When I was in the hospital a few weeks ago he said, "You (meaning me) are going to lose your bank account." or another thing he said is "Orkin is coming over soon" Orkin is this pest control service that I get at home and right now I am having a mouse/ rat infestation. He (RPG) says the most random things in the world. Then I have another voice that threatens me. It is hearing my name and threats toward myself in situations. In the hospital I heard many times people are talking about me in a negative way and threatening to kill me. That was very scary. Sometimes in groups I heard the patients calling me and threatening me and I had to yell and scream because of it and the group leader had to announce in front of everyone that I am having auditory hallucinations aka psychosis. I do have schizoaffective disorder though. I hear more and more voices each and every year. When it first started up again it was mainly just seeing black dots and sometimes cars in weird places. Now I see a lot more than that including fully formed people after me. My new pills are helping with the hallucinations though. In the hospital I would get approximately 50-100 hallucinations and now its more like the norm which is about 1-5 hallucinations and right now its more in the background and I can function. I am scared of next year if I will hear continuous voices that I will hurt myself more severely. This year I did something embarrassing which I said over the years I would never, ever do which is overdosing on my pills. I have cut myself many times though (embarrassing once again).

I often think I see spiders on the wall in the corner of my eye but my mum said that's normal for people who have a phobia of spiders.

Sounds like my brain works about the same as your daughter's in that regard,

I often hear things that aren't there - often while music is playing, I will hear other instruments or just weird sounds or voices or random things going along with the music - it usually never sounds like any instrument I've heard, or just some instrument that isn't in the room at all. Often I will hear music when there is none playing.

I also frequently see people in my peripheral vision that aren't there, or animals, random things. It's always some object or something that my eye for some reason recognizes as a person unless I look right at it.
