Association of anxiety?

So, I was wondering: for a few years now I feel anxious every time a siren goes past, and even end up feeling aggressive especially if other people are around. As sirens are most commonly associated with police forces, and people typically afraid of them are possibly criminals, would that imply that people might think I'm a criminal?

(Needless to say, I hate sirens due to their noise.)
