People have to be able to "take it in life." Someone yells and you either calmly respond, or you walk away. Sometimes telling the boss is appropriate, and sometimes it's not.
But, employees should never curse and yell in the workplace. That's ghetto, and immature. I wouldn't tolerate an employee who was that profane and who violently yelled. Out they go. And, I couldn't care less if my employee had Asperger's or anything else. Violent yelling and profanity is the problem.
I don't see what the OP is asking. They said the person was fired. Then they ask if the person *will* be fired. Um, what? Was he already fired or not?
