Basically the idea that people with Autism , Dyspraxia, OCD, Tourettes, ADD etc etc should all use the same forums and all go to the same meetup groups, and not have specific ones. Because there is so much overlap between them. I personally feel I have a lot of overlap and have some symtoms from all the big disorders (my only diagnosis is AS, but 2 friends of mine, who both work in this area think I have Tourettes). Anyway, please share your thoughts. Thanks!

In an ideal world, yes. You would hope that everyone would be understanding of everyone elses weaknesses.

On the other hand, one member's strength could be a real disability for someone else. For instance, would you be understanding to an ADHDers lack of planning through time and dramatic nature? How would you deal with tears, wailing, and moaning because an ADHDer missed an exam because they thought it was on a different day, and hadn't wrote down the time in their planner? That sort of behaviour drives the average person nuts. That lack of planning through time and dramatic nature is the at the core of that disability.
