Hi,
do you -like me- keep daily metrics/statistics on file about your life?
Me, I write down my weight, BMI, calorie intake, waist circumference etc each day.
I also assign a rating of 1 to 10 to feelings of: Happy, Sad, Angry, Afraid and Energy, which I write down in the same Excel file as the other metrics, each night.
When I go to bed I not only rate the peak emotions I've experienced, but also what time I went to bed. Then in the morning it's weighing, noting what time I got to sleep and calculating how long I've slept and laid in bed.
I use the sleep, energy and emotions to show my therapists how my meds are affecting me.
The rest I've been keeping for years, for my own Anorexia records. Although I now make a graph of weight over time to hand in to my psychiatrist.
If I loose more than 1 KG I'll get in big trouble, but that's a different story altogether.
At times I've also recorded my average heartrate at rest, calories burned, temperature etc...
My question to you is: Do you also keep some daily metrics on record?
