Look at how many of the questions in his SQ test refer to things that are culturally associated with maleness (and therefore which men would feel encouraged to do and women, discouraged from). Some of the EQ questions are likewise tied to traditional female roles. Avoiding housework, really? When women are socialized to view it as our responsibility?

I agree. I find the examples too specific for what trait they are trying to establish. Someone might still have those traits, but just not care about the fields that he has come up as an example with for his tests. We all have our own interests and environments and yes, genders.
