Hi Guys,
I just wanted to share with you all my new discovery for relieving intense anxiety, overstimulation, overexcitement and extreme autistic intensity in general.
I bought myself a foam roller for my sore back - and it works just as good if not better than getting a massage for both my back and calming myself.
I find the combination of deep pressure and rolling motion (like rocking) to be very soothing.
I now also use a series of balls - tennis ball size and up including massive gym ball for deep pressure relief and to aid in easy rhythmic rocking motion.
I will typically use all my equipment for approx 30 mins - 1 hour in a session and feel so much better afterward. :D
Have any others out there tried this? -
If so what are the results for you?
Please only vote if you have autism and have tried using a foam roller.

I have never tried it. Personally, I find heavy metal objects to be most effective.
