Meh. Me neither. No-one I care about, at least. Except from siblings

*raises hand* (assuming that by "real life" you mean in person/locally. The internet is my real life  )

Nor do I have a particular desire for any. If someone cool happens along, in person or online, I'm happy to get to know them. Otherwise, don't much care.

plenty of acquaintances and had a close one until de friended-that felt like being thrown away like a piece of trash. Its hard to say that I am used to it but it doesnt hurt any less to have no friends you can trust and count on and say you are used to it after having a close friend.

I have friends online, but that's not real life, so no.

None, here.

Tons of acquaintances. It's kind of weird, really. Most people tend to 'kinda like' me, but rarely does it progress beyond a 'tolerate at work' stage. In fairness, I don't think I have the time for a broader social sphere. Family/Work/Obsessions eats up more time than I have, already.

If your definition of real life should mean exclusively the physical level, i.e. corporal presence and communication via physical sense organs, no. Had one long--standing friend whom i met once a month, but he passed away almost six years ago. Since i myself am not interested in going out or acting on that physical level, i can be pretty sure this won't happen again. But the aforementioned friendship had started out at a time long before internet and in the olden days one was virtually forced to interact on the physical level. Fortunately, this has now changed.

Define "friends"?

I have one "close friend" I see him 2 maybe 3 times a year if I'm lucky.

So in reality I have none.

Using the literal definition I do not. However, I get along with hundreds of people although I've used the term acquaintances. People would be stunned to know I don't have any friends just as a group of female coworkers don't me they can't understand how I could possibly be single. Of course when a woman hears you have no close friends they are instantly turned off, never considering that THEY might have been the problem not me and I broke off contact with them not the other way around.

I go to sporting events alone but I do meet up with and talk to a large number of people while I'm there. I know a relative who thought I was anti-social was speechless when a large group of people at a baseball game all knew me by name. I just can't keep a close friendship going because I'm poor at starting conversation and get so absorbed in my special interests not because I'm a serial killer in disguise.
