Recently, my family became homeless. were all cramped into my grandfathers house. My dog and my grandfathers dog fight all the time and i have to break them up and i end up getting bit. I share a room with my niece whom cries constantly and my sister who completely disregards my space and items. i have absolutely no schedule, i'm surrounded by people who i can't talk to even though they are my family. no one listens to me when i do talk and no one is helping me. My sleep is atrocious, first of all its pitch dark in the basement which terrifies me so im having nightmares again, i keep waking up in the middle of the night, theres no air circulation so it constantly smells like s**t down here. i have 0 privacy, no control and no idea what the f**k is going on.

i am stressed TO THE MAX! i can feel my muscles tensing up, i have a headache in the core of my brain that i cant get rid of. i feel like i want to scream and bite someone and throw something. i have a short patience and i have these terrible racing thoughts

im worried if i hurt someone again. last time we lived in this situation i got arrested for trying to hurt my sister i just want to die. i dont know what to do. im sinking into depression and dont know what to do.

I'm so sorry that you're going through that. I'm not entirely sure what you can do but keep trying to talk to your family about it and make sure to emphasize how stressed the situation is making you. Be calm and assertive to them, and maybe bring up the thing with your sister and tell them you don't want that to happen again, but you feel like your situation is heightening the risk. Other than that, I'm afraid I don't have any other advice except to try to find a way to take your mind off of things. When I feel myself starting to get stressed, I do some deep breathing exercises. And there's always stuff like stimming.
You could always try to take oppurtunities to get away from the house as well. Maybe go for walks to the shops or something? Or take your dog for long walks? Just find ways to get away from the house when you can.
If you ever need anyone to talk to, you can PM me.

I understand it's stressful. You've just been made homeless. You're living in a crowded house.

This would be stressful even for "normal" people.

How old is your niece? Maybe you could take her on walks away from the house. Away from that stuffy atmosphere.

And, of course, think about your "special interest." Nothing wrong with feeling pleasure in your life.

^The dog may be less stress to bring a long than the niece, at least for me I think I'd rather take a dog on a long walk than a little kid, even if it was a family member. But sometimes in stressful/crampy living situations at least getting out into some space can help quite a bit with general well-being and releasing some pent up stress.

You could try getting a couple of nightlights

Greetings ZombieBrideXD,

I can totally sympathize with your situation. When I was your age, I lived in a house filled with all kinds of filth and clutter. There was a loud barking dog, dripping ceilings that were slowly collapsing, baby flea infested possums hanging out, and I will not go into the really nasty details that follow.

Hang in there, get plenty of fresh air, and keep talking with us. Life will get better, and things change. Although, not as soon as we always like.

You are a Sonic fan? So am I. Especially Tails has always been my favorite character since I was a kid. 8) Also, I've made music using the original Sega sound chip.

Remind me to share some with ya later on. I must go for now, but I will keep you and your family in prayer.

Can you go on long walks to places that offer solitude? Go someplace where you can be alone and scream until you have nothing left to get out.
