You could try and create a new routine that you can get comfortable with that includes the exercise, the prayer, and other things that need to be done. Then once you have a good routine that allows you to get in the amount of exercise and prayer time you need, while still allowing enough time to do the other things that need to be done, then it should work out a little better.
Then once you have a good routine and are comfortable with it, then try not to change it too much. It might also be a good idea to plan ahead in case an event occurs that interrupts this routine, so that you have a backup plan, in the event that the routine may be interrupted. I would say if prayer and exercise are very important to you, then maybe include those in the backup plan.
