Tony Attwood: The Complete Guide to Aspergers Syndrome".

I'd recommend "Improve Your Social Skills" by Daniel Wendler. It's not specifically about Asperger's but I still think aspies can benefit from it. I'm reading it right now and I'm amazed by how well it explains social interaction. It's helping me understand things that I was clueless about before.
