I was debating whether to put this in health or not, but decided on this since it would help everyone, not just the healthy minded among us. I take glutathione, b3, and d (I think I might take one other thing, but can't remember),Those seem to bring down anxiety and depression when I take them. And I see a huge difference when I don't take them. I personally take the MaxGXL brand, which helps with absorption of the glutathione.
