As kid i was every year goes for special summer camp for kids with Asperger/ADHD or Epilepsy, they ware also some kids with drugs problem or/ after suicidal attempts, but mainly it was just ADHD or Aspie,

My parents luckily did not have to pay a penny, because it was therapeutic summer camps financed by the Polish Ministry of Health, the official designation was "neuropsychiatric rehabilitation centre"

But returning to subject i wonder what is you relationship with ADHD and more broadly with other neurodivergent people, because for me those KIDS with ADHD had sometime really stupid ideas

I don't tend to like people with ADHD traits. Things like strong impulsivity (and I don't mean the occasional impulsive action), restlessness, hyperactivity and strong need for stimulation really get on my nerve and drive me up the wall to be honest. They are the very opposite of me and in this case opposites do not attract. (Do they ever?) I have a strong preference for people who can sit still and think things through and aren't likely to have impulses that endanger them or others. People like that exhaust me.

People who very often tend to forget what they're supposed to do and bring, and lose things all the time would probably also get on my nerve over time once I saw it as a pattern and not a one time thing. so I think some people with ADD traits would not be a good match for me.

I'm not sure who you are referring to when you say "other neurodivergent people". If you mean things like dyscalculia and dyslexia, then I just see them as people with a slight learning problem. They don't appear different from the norm to me besides that one thing, and I don't get along with them any better or worse than I do NTs.

I've never known anyone with NVLD, so I don't know about that.

I don't know if you count schizophrenia as neurodiverse. Some apparently do. I don't. It's a disease to me, and I avoid schizophrenics. I've known one and I would never want to know anyone like that again. She talked about wild delusions, had a smile that made her seem like she was imitating human behavior and made me feel extremely uneasy around her (and I know I wasn't the only one).

I'm surprised to hear about things like camp for aspies. How did you like it, pawelk?
I've only heard of summer camps on an island here, and that was for regular kids. I never wanted to go at all, and thankfully was never sent there. It started as a project for poor kids and developed into an alternative for kids in elementary school.

It was not camp for aspie per se, it was therapeutic neuropsychiatric for kids and teens with psychological or neurological problems (epilepsy and so on) , it was behavioral therapy centre
but there were cool therapists I also know that students of psychology and medical students who wanted to be psychiatrists, from my city, Wroclaw, and, Warsaw held there compulsory student internships. :)

Yes, people with ADHD can sometimes be very annoying, especially if you like tranquility, predictability and stabilization, I know what you're writing

But on the other hand, they bring their optimism that things can be done even as it is not known how absurd everything looks

I get along with them very well, like I get along with most people.

Most of my friends end up being neurodiverse. I prefer hanging out with neurodiverse people over neurotypical people because I feel like I can be more like myself.

I was glad that I live in my beloved Poland, and that I was able to use these camps for free, I heard that in America for things like pay, but in Europe we have a universal health care :D
