Hello everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well.

I have recently been invited to attend the 2013 International Naturally Autistic People's Awards in Canada this upcoming October. Over 17 countries from all around the globe will be represented there, and I feel extremely honored to have the chance to represent the United States.

In order to be able to afford the airfare and hotel expenses, I have constructed a campaign to raise money for my trip at GoFundMe.com.

I would be beyond grateful to anyone who could even donate $1.00!

Once again, any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! ! Here is the link to donate: http://www.gofundme.com/3h6ghw

Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Russell

Congratulations on such a prodigious accomplishment! I have read some of your poetry from your website and was deeply touched by it; the United States is honored to have you as a representative. Best of luck in your fundraising efforts!

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it odd that someone INVITED to an award ceremony for a disability doesn't get some form of stipend to help defray the cost of attending? :?
