Im also diagnosed ADHD, but in the process of getting a ASD diagnoses. Most likely AS.

But im abit confused cauce many sympthoms overlap, but the causes of the symptoms in AS and ADHD may differ. I think its complicaded,

I am diagnosed with both.

I believe the two can coexist. I think based on the links btbnnyr provided earlier that maybe the two together represents a particular subset of "autism phenotypes" maybe.

At the very least it gave me a satisfactory answer to something that neither separately or together could really answer (what is up with my brain?).
