liked it.

For me, I got NO TREATMENT except:

1) 1 on one drama therapy-- it was so fun! The girl who gave me the therapy was cool and fun, we understood each other and got along so well, we were good friends!

2) social skills group-- insultingly basic, but I found the opportunity to socailize witgh my own kind refreshing and fun and looked forward to my sessions there adn the parties we sometimes had besides the sessions!

3) I'm taking Celexa for depression, but the depression is only like 10% because of the AS, if even have it! Well, because of the AS tendencies, anyway.

I was given Occupational therapy for sensory ingretion dysfunction and dyspraxia. I went every Wednesday to someone's house where the lady had a room where she work with kids and she had a swing in there and she had me swing on it picking up nerf balls and putting them in a basket. She also had me do puzzles and mind games.

I was given social skills training where we learned problem solving and passive assertive and aggressive. We did lot of role playing and we were taught how we should solve problems. Our teacher had poker chips and prizes. We had to earn the chips by participating and answering questions and making suggestions of what to do in a situation. We could spend them on prizes or save them for next week and earn more till we earn enough for bigger prizes.

1. Seeing a psych nurse for learning coping mechanisms to deal with AS. Bad thing I don't have this anymore.

2. Risperdal to help with meltdowns - but am currently tapering this cause it's not effective.
3. My GP tries to help me sort of by seeing me biweekly, cause of the fact that I don't have a psych nurse here.
