Yesterday was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and my barometer read 1008 hPa. I felt very energetic: cleaned the house, worked in the garden and did some (house)painting.
Today is rainy and dreary, the barometer has dropped to 968 hPa and I've been lethargic and mildy depressed all day.
I've noticed that I can almost predict my mood and level of energy by the barometer. I also react strongly to approaching thunderstorms (a kind of 'tingly' feeling I can't quite describe) and approaching snow (a dull headache).
I wondered if this has anything to do with AS oversensitivity? Has anyone else got the same or a similar reaction to the weather?
A lot of people have these kinds of things happen with atmospheric changes, it's mostly phsyiological.
