What do you mean? Feeling a strong emotion like you would be under the influence of drugs?
Give an example.

Ecstasy is a subjective experience of total involvement of the subject, with an object of his or her awareness. Total involvement with an object of interest is not an ordinary experience because of being aware of other objects, thus ecstasy is an example of an altered state of consciousness characterized by diminished awareness of other objects or the total lack of the awareness of surroundings and everything around the object. For instance, if one is concentrating on a physical task, then one might cease to be aware of any intellectual thoughts. On the other hand, making a spirit journey in an ecstatic trance involves the cessation of voluntary bodily movement.

For the duration of the ecstasy the ecstatic is out of touch with ordinary life and is capable neither of communication with other people nor of undertaking normal actions. The experience is usually brief in physical time. Subjective perception of time, space and/or self may strongly change or disappear during ecstasy. The word is also used to refer to any heightened state of consciousness or intensely pleasant experience. It is also used more specifically to denote states of awareness of non-ordinary mental spaces, which may be perceived as spiritual (the latter type of ecstasy often takes the form of religious ecstasy).

I think yes. Once I was listening a song which seemed so beautiful to me that I almost went into a trance and couldn't breath anymore and I started crying of happiness. Dunno if this could be called and ecstatic experience but it felt better than sex

Not exactly natural but yes, I felt like this all the time when I was on abilify, felt so good I couldn't sleep because of it for weeks.

Got extreme panic attacks later after and had to ditch the med.

I got the panic attacks first, so I never made it to the happy feeling. And that sh*t was waaay too expensive.

Yes, sometimes when I'm dj'ing or at a rave / club I'll get this feeling (and it's not induced by any drugs or alcohol)... just the music and the vibe.

I've had that "natural ecstasy" feeling on a cruise six months ago (my first cruise ever). The first evening, the ship was going through a rough patch. The were a lot of strong winds and choppy waves. Several hours into my cruise, after I unpacked and ate lunch, I downed a strong drink and went to hot tubs at the aft end of the ship, and enjoyed the view and the bliss I felt, while the ocean rocked the ship strongly enough to splash the water out of the hot tubs. The audible rumble of the thrusters and the whooshing of the wakes behind the ship drowned out most of the noise from people talking. I was in heaven, knowing that my cruise was just beginning and there were days of endless fun up ahead; heck, I haven't even gone to my first dinner yet, which was supposed to be really good.

I have experienced ecstasy on more than a few occasions but nothing purely naturally. They were all induced by drugs like acid, MDMA, Amphetamine and you wouldn’t think it but weed too. Those times flying high on drugs are some of the most memorable, enjoyable, and sometimes f****d up. Based on the feelings when I’ve been in these states I would imagine that ecstasy surely has to be pretty close, cause damn, if ecstasy is even better than this I just don’t know what to do. Meditation and deep breathing exercises will help you get closer to that ecstasy your wanting.
